Playroom rules
To keep our space safe, clean, and fun for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines:
1.Shoes Off, Socks On
- For everyone’s safety and cleanliness, shoes must be removed and socks must be worn in
the playroom.
2. Adult Supervision & Capacity
- Admission is free for adults.
- On busy days, we may limit the playroom to 2 adults per child to keep the space comfortable
and safe.
- Additional adults are welcome to relax in the café and rotate in and out as needed.
3. No Outside Food or Drinks
- Please enjoy food and drinks purchased from our café.
- As a small business, your support means the world to us. Thank you for understanding.
4. Children Must Be Supervised at All Times
- Adults are responsible for supervising their children at all times while in the playroom.
- This is a playful space, but safety always comes first.
5. Be Kind & Play Safe
- No rough play, pushing, or unsafe behavior.
- Please be respectful of others and of our equipment.
6. If You Need Help, Let Us Know
- If a child is having a tough moment or a situation feels tricky, please grab a staff member.
- We’re happy to help support a safe and positive environment.
7. No Climbing on the Train
- The train is not for climbing. Let’s keep all passengers safe.
8. Toys Stay Off the Slide
- The slide is for sliding only.
- Please keep toys off to prevent accidents and keep things moving smoothly.
9. Be Mindful of Neurodiversity
- Every child plays differently and that’s wonderful.
- Please be patient, kind, and respectful of all children and families.
10. Craft Supplies Stay in the Craft Area
- When applicable crayons, markers, and craft supplies must remain in the craft area to help keep
the play space clean.
11. No Food or Drinks in the Play Areas
- Food and drinks must stay in the café seating areas.
- No snacks or drinks in the play zones to help keep the space clean and safe.
12. Clean Up Your Personal Belongings
- We take care of cleaning the play space.
- Please clean up your trash and personal items before you leave.
13. If You’re Sick, Please Visit Another Day
- If you or your child isn’t feeling well, we kindly ask that you stay home and visit us when
everyone is feeling better.
14. We Reserve the Right to Intervene
- For the safety and comfort of all guests, staff may step in or ask families to take a break if rules
are not being followed.
